Time is a Reference. For Reflection.

When I look at the horizon and the whole nature, the valleys, rivers, mountains and stars, I understand that time has passed but I also understand that something, in essence, has not changed. Since life is like a withered leave that falls and is blown away by the wind. But at the same time, a new flower is born.

Time, then, is a reference, not to drown the conscience in the past but to be born to a science of renewal. Every beginning has an end. Every ending is always a door to Eternity.

The Serene Mind and the Superior Strength

The perfect movement is the union where there is neither violence nor separation. When you face up the battle, do not try to win or lose, just be yourself.

The one who faces up the battle as a warrior, will have to die some time. There is no death in union because there is neither battle nor conflict but your serene mind and this is the superior strength.

There are mysteries that happen in the flowing. To flow is not only to continue in an straight line. It is to expand, to contract, is to go up and come down. It is to walk and to fly. It is to speak and to be silent. It is to laugh and to cry.

To flow is then, the spontaneous foundation that makes the mind free, even of itself and makes the mind, the consciousness, the vitality and the energy, an inexhaustible source of immense, intense and true life.
